How it works

Make QR codes in bulk in 3 steps

01

Add your list

Paste links straight from Excel or Google Sheets (one per line), or upload a CSV and pick which column holds the links, file names and labels.

02

Pick one design for all

Choose a style, color and optional logo. Add a frame and each code shows its own label — "Table 1", "Room 204", "SKU-1081".

03

Download ZIP or PDF

Get a ZIP of PNG or SVG files named from your list, or a printable PDF sheet with cut lines — 1 to 30 codes per page. Every code is scan-tested first.

Ideas

What people make in bulk

Restaurant tablesOne menu code per table, each labeled with its table number.
Product labels & SKUsA code per product linking to its page or manual.
Event badges & ticketsPersonal links for every attendee or seat.
Asset & inventory tagsLabel laptops, tools and equipment with their record URL.
Team business cardsOne vCard link or profile URL per employee.
ClassroomsA worksheet, form or video link for each student group.

Formatting your list

The simplest list is one link per line. To give each code a label and a file name, use columns:

content, name, label
https://example.com/menu?table=1, table-01, Table 1

  • content — the link or text inside the code (required).
  • name — used as the file name in the ZIP (optional).
  • label — printed under the code or inside its frame (optional).

Column names don't have to match exactly — after uploading you choose which column is which. Download the sample CSV from the Upload tab to start from a template.

Printing table cards and labels

Choose Printable PDF, pick US Letter or A4 and how many codes per page. Dashed cut lines show where to trim. For sticker sheets with a fixed layout, download the ZIP of SVGs and place them in your label template.

Every code in the batch is decoded in your browser before the download is created. Any row that doesn't scan is skipped and listed, so you never print a dud.
FAQ

Bulk QR code questions

How many QR codes can I generate at once?

Up to 500 per batch. Need more? Split your list and run it again — there is no daily limit.

Can I generate QR codes from Excel?

Yes. Select the cells in Excel or Google Sheets, copy, and paste into the box — columns are detected automatically. Or save the sheet as CSV (Excel: File → Save As → CSV) and upload it.

Is the bulk QR code generator really free?

Yes — no sign-up, no watermark, and no paid tier needed for bulk static codes. Many other generators only offer bulk creation on paid plans.

Is my list uploaded anywhere?

No. The CSV is read and every code is generated in your browser. Nothing leaves your device.

How are the files named?

From your "name" column if you have one (for example table-01.png), otherwise qr-001.png, qr-002.png… The ZIP also includes an index.csv mapping each file to its content.

Will the codes expire?

No. They are static QR codes with the content stored in the pattern, so they work forever.
