Make a Google review QR code in 3 steps
Copy your review link
Open your Google Business Profile (search your business name on Google while signed in, or go to business.google.com), click "Ask for reviews" and copy the link. It looks like https://g.page/r/…/review.
Paste it and style the code
Paste the link into the Website field above. The Review preset adds a star icon and a "Review us" frame — change the color to match your brand.
Print it where happy customers are
Download a PNG or PDF for the counter, receipts, table cards or the bag your customer takes home.
Where to put your review QR code
Why a QR code gets you more reviews
Most happy customers don't leave a review simply because it takes too many steps: search the business, find the reviews tab, tap "Write a review". A QR code that links straight to the review form removes all of that — one scan and the stars are on screen.
Make it easy to say yes
- Put the code where the experience ends: at checkout, on the receipt, in the bag.
- Add a short, friendly line — "Enjoyed your visit? Tell us on Google" — next to the code.
- Train staff to mention it. A quick "there's a code right there if you have a second" goes a long way.
- Respond to the reviews you get. People are more likely to review businesses that reply.
Google review QR code questions
Where do I find my Google review link?
Sign in to the Google account that manages your business, open your Business Profile (search your business name on Google, or visit business.google.com) and choose "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews". Copy the short link it gives you.
Is a Google review QR code free?
Yes. The code is free to make and use, it never expires, and there is no sign-up.
Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews with a QR code?
Yes — asking for reviews is fine. Google's policies forbid offering incentives for reviews or only asking customers you expect to be positive, so make the code available to everyone.
What if my review link changes?
Google's review links are stable. If you ever change it, create a new code — or wait for our editable codes (coming soon), which let you update the link without reprinting.
Can I add my logo to the review QR code?
Yes. Open the Logo tab and upload your logo; it replaces the star icon.
